ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

For the reasons set forth in respondent's motion to remove small tax case designation, filed November 8, 2021, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted. It is further

ORDERED that further proceedings in this case are no longer subject to I.R.C. section 7463. It is further

ORDERED that the letter "S" is deleted from the docket number in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court change the records of the Court to reflect that deletion. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Tallahassee, Florida, trial session of the Court scheduled to be conducted remotely starting on February 7, 2022, and is continued generally.
