MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, § 412affirmance of judgment. In action against city to recover damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff when she fell on sidewalk at point where sidewalk slabs adjacent to each other were not level, judgment for plaintiff would be affirmed.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. EZRA CLARK, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the February term, 1943.
