MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, § 412^_ — affirmance of judgment. In action against city to recover damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff when she fell on sidewalk at point where sidewalk slabs adjacent to each other were not level, judgment for plaintiff would be affirmed.
