On January 24, 2022, Gary J. Streit, counsel for petitioner, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. However, that Motion does not comply with the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, insofar as it does not provide petitioner's current mailing address, email address (if any), and telephone number. See Rule 24(c)(4), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 15, 2022, Gary J. Streit, counsel for petitioner, shall file a supplement to the above-referenced Motion.
