PEGGY KUBENA, Appellant v. LUZ MAR, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 1127824

MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from a judgment signed March 5, 2019. The clerk's record was filed April 1, 2019. The reporter's record was filed April 5, 2019. No brief has been filed.

This court has granted appellant eight extensions of time to file her brief and has issued two orders stating that unless appellant filed a brief the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). The last extension gave appellant until June 30, 2020 to file her brief. Appellant did not file a brief, but instead, requested another extension of time to file her brief, which this court denied.

As of the date of this opinion, appellant has not filed a brief. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Zimmerer, Spain, and Hassan.
