MEMORANDUM OPINION

Bakulesh Kshatrya appeals the trial court's order dismissing his appeal of the Texas Workforce Commission's wage claim order. In two issues, appellant contends the trial judge erred in dismissing his case for want of jurisdiction. In light of this Court's opinion in Bakulesh Kshatrya v. Texas Workforce Commission and Riddle Technologies, Inc., cause number 05-00-01685-CV, issued January 29, 2003, we conclude appellant's appeal in the case at bar is moot. Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal as moot.
