On September 27, 2022, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision. Because the proposed stipulated decision was not consistent with the parties' settlement stipulation, by Order served September 27, 2022, the parties' proposed stipulated decision was stricken. On October 20, 2022, the parties filed another settlement stipulation and proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' settlement stipulation, filed September 27, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
