DAVID EDRIC KROPF, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Collin County Probate Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. 416-81382-2012 & 416-82049-2014

ORDER

On April 21, 2017, court reporter Susan Maienschein filed a letter in which she stated she needed additional time in which to file reporter's record because appellant had not yet designated the record. That same day, we ordered appellant to provide this Court with written verification that he had requested a reporter's record. We cautioned appellant that if he failed to do so, we might order these appeals submitted without a reporter's record. To date, appellant has not provided written verification that he has requested a reporter's record. Accordingly, we ORDER these appeals submitted without a reporter's record. TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c)(1).

We ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before June 9, 2017.
