An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on April 10, 2018, and the Attorney for the Child having moved for an extension of time to perfect,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary S. Hajdu, Esq., dated December 10, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 1, 2019, and that, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
