BEFORE THE COURT is the Report and Recommendation of the Bankruptcy Court to enter judgment against Chris Olsen and Beverly Olsen, BKC ECF No. 739; DC ECF No. 29. The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation and all relevant filings and is fully informed. Pursuant to the Report and Recommendation, and there being no objection filed by the deadline given, the Court hereby finds that good cause exists to adopt the Report and Recommendation in its entirely. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court's Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 29, is ADOPTED in its entirety. Judgment is forthcoming.
The District Court Clerk is directed to enter this Order and provide copies to counsel and to any pro se defendants.
