This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 23, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

On November 2, 2022, respondent filed Motion for Leave to File First Amendment to Answer and lodged the First Amendment to Answer. Respondent represents that petitioner objects to the granting of respondent's Motion for Leave to File First Amendment to Answer.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before December 7, 2022, petitioner shall serve on respondent and file with the Court a response to respondents' Motion for Leave to File First Amendment to Answer, filed on November 2, 2022.
