ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.

On February 1, 2022, petitioner filed a motion for continuance indicating therein that respondent has no objection to the granting of petitioner's motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for continuance filed February 1, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued generally.
