FREDERICK W. KREIDLER & ANNE MARIE KREIDLER, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

PATRICK J. URDA JUDGE

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Seattle, Washington trial session, scheduled to begin February 12, 2024.

On December 27, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report and stipulation of settled issues. [Docs. 28, 30.] On the same day, the parties filed another set of the same documents. [Docs. 29, 31.] After the Court's review, the second set of documents appear to be duplicative and therefore, we will strike them from the Court's record.

In the parties' status report, they indicated that they have reached a basis for settlement and are awaiting computations.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint status report [Doc. 29] is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record as duplicative. It is further

ORDERED that the joint stipulation of settled issues [Doc. 31] is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record as duplicative. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 26, 2024, the parties shall file a stipulated decision or a joint status report with the Court.
