ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On October 7 and 11, 2022, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter two Proposed Stipulated Decisions purporting to resolve this litigation. However, both reflected an overpayment for the underlying 2019 tax year but neither was accompanied by the requisite Settlement Stipulation establishing such overpayment.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the two Proposed Stipulated Decisions filed October 7 and October 11, 2022, respectively at Docket Entries #12 and 13, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
