JOHN KRAWIEC, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 24, 2023 trial session for New York City, New York. On April 11, 2023, petitioner filed documents 11-23 as exhibits and Declarations. Upon review of the documents it appears that petitioner intended to file the documents as proposed trial exhibits. However, the exhibits are not properly identified and numbered.

Petitioner is reminded that the Court attached to its Notice of Trial a list of tax clinics in his area that may represent petitioner free of charge if he meets certain qualifications. The full list is also available on the Court's website: https://ustaxcourt.gov/clinics.html.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Exhibits (Docs. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23) and petitioner's Declarations (Docs. 17 and 18) are hereby stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
