ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's November 2020 trial session in New York, New York, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 13, 2021, respondent filed a status report in which he indicated that the parties have resolved all issues in this case. He further explained that that there are other years in dispute (unrelated to this case) that petitioners would like to resolve before signing a stipulated decision for this case. We will allow the parties more time to continue their discussions. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
