In a taxpayer's action instituted pursuant to section 51 Gen. Mun. of the General Municipal Law, order denying plaintiff's motion for an injunction pendente lite affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
