This court's order, filed August 20, 1997, granting review in this matter, is modified to read, in its entirety:

"Petition for review GRANTED.

"The issue to argued before this court shall be limited to whether an insurer may assert an affirmative defense of the insured's comparative bad faith in a bad faith action brought against the insurer."
