Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, dated November 17, 2022, to vacate a decision and order of this court dated May 22, 2023, which, on the court's own motion, struck the appeal from this court's appeals calendar and general calendar, and to restore the matter to the appeals calendar and the general calendar.
