DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

So much of the judgment that dismisses the plaintiff's claims against defendants Nextel Communications, John Kovacs, 88 Beacon Street Realty, Inc., Phil Privitera, and Greenman Pedersen, Inc., for harm to the plaintiff's property, is reversed. The remainder of the judgment is affirmed. The case is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
