Opinion
December 22, 1942.
In an action for separation, the defendant moved to modify the final decree by reducing the weekly alimony from forty-five dollars to twenty-five dollars, and plaintiff made a cross-motion to increase the weekly alimony from forty-five dollars to fifty-five dollars, and for a counsel fee. The Special Term denied both motions. Order, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
