Ari Kramer, as Executor of the Estate of Virginia Casey Bush and as Administrator D.B.N. of the Estate of Irving T. Bush, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Ioannis Danalis, Defendant-Respondent.


Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 14, 2019, and from a subsequent judgment, same court, entered on or about August 13, 2019, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect said appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, deemed to include a request to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the May 14, 2019 order, is granted, the dismissal of the appeal from that order is vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect both appeals is extended to the November 2020 Term.
