This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On November 12, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance. The motion states that the parties are currently proceeding through the informal discovery process, and are discussing the prospect of settling this case without the need for trial.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session and is continued generally.
