By Orders dated May 13, 2021, and July 19, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file a ratification of petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. No response has been received from petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to file a ratification of petition and pay the Court's filing fee.
