ORDER

Upon due consideration of the parties' Status Report, filed on March 11, 2022, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of this case, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 18, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if a joint report is not possible) of the then present status of this case.

The Court will allow the parties additional time to reach a basis of settlement and to file a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The Court notes that, shall the parties fail to file a proposed stipulated decision by May 18, 2022, this case may be calendared for final disposition.
