Action to recover damages for personal injuries and for loss of services. Order denying on condition a motion of defendant Franklin to dismiss as to her for failure to prosecute affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
