STIPULATION, MOTION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL


The plaintiffs, by and through their attorney of record, John Edward Hansen, and the defendant, Fleet Car Lease, Inc., by and through their attorney, Tim Dalton Dunn, hereby stipulate, agree and move that an order be entered dismissing the plaintiffs' complaint with prejudice and upon the merits, said action having been fully compromised and settled.

ORDER

The Court, having reviewed the foregoing stipulation and motion, ORDERS that the plaintiff's complaint be dismissed with prejudice and upon the merits.
