ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's February 6, 2023, Chicago, Illinois trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard. During calendar call, respondent orally moved the Court to dismiss the case for failure to properly prosecute.

The Court and respondent's counsel made numerous efforts to reach the petitioner, but all attempts were unsuccessful.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Oral Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 9, 2023, the petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted, and a decision entered for respondent for the amounts and year set forth in respondent's motion. Failure to respond to this Order may result in this case being dismissed by the Court.
