Michael A. Kraft Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois, on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, the trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On August 27, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report which indicated that they are working together and are hopeful to reach a settlement. The parties request that the Court order for a status report in 60 days to apprise the Court of the status of the case. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 2, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
