Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before CAVANAUGH, J. Verdict for plaintiff and against defendant in amount of $50,000.00. Defendant's motion for new trial denied and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 455, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1971, No. 3404. Argued September 11, 1978.
