On May 21, 2022, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment, which included attachments from which certain sensitive taxpayer information was not redacted. On June 21, 2022, respondent filed a redacted motion for partial summary judgment.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's motion for partial summary judgment, filed May 21, 2022, is sealed and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity, except by an Order of the Court.
