Luanne Kozma v. Scott Law

LC No. 2022-080527-CZ

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED IN PART for lack of jurisdiction as to the August 5, 2022 and September 21, 2022 orders because the claim of appeal was not timely filed as to those orders. MCR 7.204(A)(1)(a), (d). However, the claim of appeal remains pending as to the October 4, 2022 order.

This order is without prejudice to the filing of a delayed application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4) as to the August 5, 2022 and/or September 21, 2022 orders, provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
