In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in Kowal v. Giant Manufacturing Co., et al., case No. 1–15–2293 (09/17/15), denying defendant's petition for leave to appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 306. The appellate court is directed to allow the petition for leave to appeal.
