Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 10, 2018 and September 25, 2018, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of trial pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeals (M-2146), And defendants-appellants having moved to withdraw the aforesaid appeals (M-2309),Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated May 3, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeals and the within motion are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation (M-2146/M-2309).
