ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondents SLS Residential, Inc., also known as SLS Group, Alfred Bergaman, and Joseph Santoro pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 3, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 22, 2011, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
