This case was calendared for trial at the Court's May 23, 2022, Trial Session in Chicago, Illinois. By Order of the Court dated March 16, 2022, this case was stricken for trial and continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court.

On October 3, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties are working towards a settlement in this case and are requesting an additional ninety (90) days in which to submit decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 9, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a decision document or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
