This case was originally calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on May 23, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. By Order of the Court date March 16, 2022, this Division of the Court retained jurisdiction of this case and continued this case for trial, ordering a status report due from the parties on or before July 11, 2022.

On July 26, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Leave to File Status Report Out of Time (Index No. 10) and concurrently therewith lodged Respondent's Status Report (Index No. 11). Respondent states there is no objection to this motion by petitioners.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Status Report Out of Time, filed July 26, 2022, is granted, and Respondent's Status Report lodged July 26, 2022, is filed as of the date of this order. It is further

ORDERED that on or before October 3, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court joint or separate status reports informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
