ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was called on May 17, 2021, during the remote trial session for Buffalo, New York, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On June 15, 2021, respondent filed a status report and on June 16, 2021, petitioner Dino Kotrides filed a status report apprising the Court of what has occurred since the trial session. Additionally on the same day, Mr. Kotrides, filed an unopposed motion for extension of time to file a supplemental status report with the Court. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Kotrides' motion for extension of time is granted, in that, no later than August 5, 2021, Mr. Kotrides shall file a supplemental status report apprising the Court of the parties' progress in this interim period.
