ORDER

This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022. On April 18, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 20, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a motion for continuance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, petitioner Iori Kotake shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion for continuance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 20, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a motion in limine and attach specific exhibits (properly identified with trial exhibit numbers) referenced in his motion under seal. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, Ms. Kotake shall file a response to the motion in limine. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, Ms. Kotake may file a motion for protective order, if needed. It is further

ORDERED that, should Ms. Kotake file a motion for protective order, the Commissioner shall file a response to the motion for protective order by April 26, 2022.
