ORDER DISMISSING ACTION GIVEN PENDING ADJUDICATION OF APPLICATION

ANDRÉ BIROTTE JR. UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

The Court has reviewed the Parties' Stipulation to Stay Case Pending Adjudication of Application. Defendants have agreed to adjudicate Plaintiff's application-the relief sought by the Complaint.
