INTOXICATING LIQUORS, § 116Dram Shop Act, sufficiency of evidence in action under. In action under Dram Shop Act, judgment for plaintiff was proper, where it appeared that plaintiff was stabbed by another patron of defendants' tavern and restaurant who had become intoxicated at such tavern.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. PAUL McWILLIAMS, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at June term, 1940.
