Elizabeth KORTZ v. SYSCO NEW ORLEANS, LLC.

In re: Kortz, Elizabeth;—Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs Office of Workers' Compensation, No. 09–05591; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 13–C–966.

Denied. HUGHES, J., would dissent and grant the writ.

HUGHES, J., dissenting.

I respectfully dissent and would grant the writ. I would find that the provisions of La.Code. Evid. Art. 612(A), addressing the specific use of a report in a deposition, are more specific than the general discovery provisions of 1424(A).
