ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a proper person appeal, docketed in this court on March 9, 2011, without the requisite filing fee. On February 15, 2012, counsel for respondent filed a motion to dismiss this appeal for failure to pay the filing fee. On March 6, 2012, this court entered an order directing appellant to show cause within ten days, or this appeal would be dismissed as abandoned and for failure to pay the filing fee. On April 3, 2012, respondent filed a request for submission. To date, appellant has not responded to this court's order or paid the filing fee. Accordingly, respondents' motions are granted and this appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
