ORDER

Pending in this case is respondent's Motion to Supplement the Record, filed August 25, 2023. By Order served October 11, 2023, this case was remanded to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental collection due process (CDP) hearing. On April 18, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report advising that petitioner had submitted a new processible offer in compromise, and the parties requested an additional six months to complete the supplemental CDP hearing.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 7, 2024, file with the Court a further written report (joint or separate) regarding the then present status of this case. The parties shall attach thereto any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Supplement the Record, filed August 25, 2023, will be held in abeyance pending further direction of the Court.
