ORDER

TAMARA W. ASHFORD JUDGE

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on October 17, 2022, in Hartford, Connecticut. On September 23, 2022, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on June 16, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that on September 23, 2022, he spoke with petitioner, who stated that he had provided documents to respondent's Appeals Officer and expected to reach a settlement in this case. Respondent further reports that he then heard from the Appeals Officer that a basis for settlement has been reached. According to respondent, he will promptly prepare decision documents and send them to petitioner for signature to complete this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the October 17, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 24, 2022, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
