In an action to foreclose a mortgage, order dated July 25, 1951, denying, upon reargument, plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment pursuant to rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with $10 costs and disbursements. Appeal from order dated February 16, 1951, dismissed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 1023.]
