ORDER

Defendants move, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 72, to set aside portions of an order, dated October 21, 2003, by Magistrate Judge Douglas Eaton, which directed that they make certain discovery.

A party challenging a magistrate judge's ruling on a matter such as this must demonstrate the judge erred as a matter of law or that the decision rests on a clearly erroneous factual determination. Defendants have failed to do so. Accordingly, the motion is denied.

SO ORDERED.
