Appeal, No. 177, March T., 1968, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, July T., 1965, No. 3344, in case of Michael Koren v. United Steelworkers of America. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries.

Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings granted, opinion by CERCONE, J. Plaintiff appealed.

Herbert B. Lebovitz, with him Lebovitz Lebovitz, for appellant.

Judgment affirmed.
