Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the delirium tremens of which the plaintiff's intestate died was caused by an excessive use of alcoholic liquor and not by the injury which he received. Woodward, Hooker, Gaynor, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
