SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Bonnie Paley from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 1, 2015. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time for the respondent Morifere Bengali Kone to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until June 17, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
