Opinion

April 14, 1952.

In an action by an infant to recover damages for personal injuries and by the father for expenses and loss of services, defendant appeals from orders which granted its motions to dismiss the complaints for unreasonable neglect to prosecute the actions unless plaintiffs serve and file notes of issue for a specified term. Orders affirmed, without costs. No opinion. This determination is based on the papers submitted at Special Term. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
